9th Arrondissement

This is a district that I have been meaning to visit for a while because of all the amazing buildings and their creative architecture. Each building is carved beautifully and carefully, giving off an aura to the city that everyone seems to fall in love with, especially me. Walking down the streets of Paris and admiring the workmanship of each building is important to appreciating the amazing buildings all over Paris. The giant shopping centers are just as amazing as well. The Printemps shopping area is coated with gold paint and shinny gold windows making it a common place for tourists to go and shop.

The Galeries Lafayette is another prominent architectural shopping center located in the ninth arrondissement. The Galeries Lafayette is located just off the Champs Élysées where I have been many times to visit the sales that are undergoing. The top of the dome in the Galeries Layfayette is incredible on the inside. The intricate designs and patterns on the walls of the inside are amazing. The whole place is like this and is a fun place to shop because of all the amazing architecture.

The Palais Garnier is a concert hall that holds many shows and is yet another breath taking building in Paris. The Paris Opera preforms here and is the older Opera house in Paris compared to the new one. There are many symbols on the Opera house that represent a famous musician or composer if you look closely. As I walked by the Opera house there were street musicians playing outside and I found it very fitting.

The Café de la Paix is one of the more famous cafés in Paris. The location is right next to the Opera house and it sits right under the Grand Hotel making it a very popular spot to go and have an espresso.
